” My old Dawes bike was in bit of a state so called and spoke to Silke about arranging a time slot to bring the bike in. Was greeted by Silke and Ian and after an initial quick assessment Ian said a lot of work would be required to the point that it might be worth buying a new bike! I left the bike with them and after an hour or so he called me back with a more accurate quote of what work needed doing. I decided it was time to get a new bike and Ian even recommended good local bike shops! They did not charge me for the assessment and gave me an honest opinion which concurred with what I was thinking. I will certainly use Spokes again if I need a bike service!”
